Are there any exchange programs for highschoolers in India?

I am an Indian currently studying in Saudi Arabia. I live here with my parents. I will have to go back to India next year for my 11th grade. Now that I'll be in India I was hoping that I'll get a chance to become an foriegn exchange student. But unfortunately I can't find any exchange programs for highschool students. Please help!
