Can I stay in U.S. after exchange year?

Hey everybody, I had a terrible exchange year in U.S. but now it started to be better, and I have 2 months left, and I crushed on a girl, I really don't want to stay here. I know well-known people in my home country, do you think can it work? I want to stay here more than everything, thank for your helps in advance
