Longing back to your exchange country
When you get back to your home country you’ll probably have a great time. Your parents want to do everything for you, fix the best food and take you everywhere.
Your friends will maybe have a “welcome home”-party for you.
But after a month you will be back to normal, with usual TV-nights or maybe a night with the computer. It is often then, when you are not doing anything, that you long back to your year as an exchange student.
Sometimes it can be very hard and heavy. My advice is to talk to other friends that have been away for a year, they have probably experienced the same things. Become a member of the forum here at Exchange Student World and talk your experiences.
